I love to bake–especially when it’s cold. It warms up the kitchen and the house smells wonderful and it just feels……homey. Is that a word? Anyhow…. Having said that, I don’t bake a lot. One year ago today. I could not walk without help. I smashed my knee on July 4th, 2020. The highlight of an especially terrible year. Had to have surgery to put all those pieces back together.
