My last quilt finish for 2018!

Sew Many Squares Throw. I started this one back in October.

This is a Riley Blake design that I cut out on my Cricut Maker. The very first project I made with the maker. You can check out the two posts here and here.

I gave it to my husband, Terry. He loves it. Although we live in Florida, don’t believe that story that it’s always sunny and warm here! We get some chilly and damp weather in the winter. Tile floors in the family room make it even colder. So quilts are a necessity.

I did really simple quilting very close to all the seams.

And used a very fun faux fur minky for the backing.

Then a black with white dots for the binding brought it all together.

I really enjoyed making this quilt. And I love it!
