I’ve spent my sewing hours pulling together costumes for Terry and I for the “Witches and Warlock” party on Saturday so I did not get much done on the Christmas Mystery Quilt. The backing fabric and batting did arrive and I have both cut and hope to get them glue basted today and start the quilting tomorrow. Yay!

A little more than a week ago I did block 3 of the Happy Little Things BOM. It turned very bight and happy. Posted it on the “Art of Home” Facebook page…..

Do you see anything wrong with this block? I didn’t either until after I posted it….

It took me a couple days to fix it. Got Jack the Ripper out. Stitched it back together the right way….

I think I might be getting a little burnt out on quilting! Anyhow, the first three blocks are finished on the Happy Little Things BOM. I’m making a second version of the quilt which I’m calling “Sweet Little Things”. Might be a few days before I start on that one!
