I finally finished my second “Perfect Picnic Quilt”. I stitched the binding on the last day of August so it was still summer! Threw it in the washer then dryer and it went directly up on the wall! August is just about done. It flew by so fast and hopefully this is just about the end of our wickedly hot and humid summer. Finished! And it’s so pretty! I considered putting canvas or a laminated fabric on the back of the quilt. After all, it is a “picnic” quilt and aren’t picnics on the ground?
