I went off to DC for a long weekend visit with my daughter and her family. That was on March 2nd. The Dinosaurs quilt was a bunch of large blocks at that point. Had a great time. I’ve been making these “Name Pillows” for as long as I’ve had grandkids. The oldest just turned 22! So that’s a loooong time! They are usually different for each kid. I went to my local quilt shop to buy fabric for the backing and binding. While I fess up to ordering stuff from Etsy, I like to look at these in person to make sure they match up with the quilt. I have a drawer that I keep “orphans” in. Oh good lord, not babies, but quilt blocks.
