I had some really clever stuff that I wrote for this month’s wrap up. Very clever.

But. My iPad is not being clever—or perhaps it is too clever for me.

I typically write and edit my photos on both my iPad and laptop. No problem.

But I only have my iPad this week and it has decided to turn on me. I’ve tried to move my post over to my blogging software but iPad is not being my friend. Grinding my teeth now.

Plus. I’ve been sick. Like head cold sick. But worse. It’s so bad I’ve gone through 3 boxes of tissues. So bad, I asked Terry where all that snot comes from. He said the lungs. But I wailed it’s not in my lungs. Googled it. It’s not from the lungs.

Anyhow, I watched my grandkids for three days last week. Got up on the fourth day miserable and said “which one of those kids gave me this plague?” My son said that they were all good. So I probably got it at Walmart since that’s the only place I have been!

And today my son called and said “so did your cold start with a headache?” Oh, no, I’m a super spreader!

Serious stuff here. Anyone that has followed along here for any length of time know that my home is on the Gulf Coast of Florida. Which was hit by a hurricane last week. We weren’t there (I was with my grandkids spreading a new plague) but I did get pictures from a neighbor. While we didn’t get a direct hit, Homosassa was on the “dirty” side of the storm. Our little community had a 7 foot storm surge which wiped out many of the sea level homes, businesses and restaurants. Our house is built up so we hear only our garage flooded.
