Usually I list a bunch of goals in this annual post. Then I go back and check out how I did at the end of the year. Typically I don’t do so well with those ideas and 2021 was no exception.

I feel like I have been going in circles in 2021. Always busy but really not getting much done.

I’m starting out 2022 with reexamining my priorities. What I do with my time and energy. Cut back where I can to find more enjoyment in my life.

I want to do less….but more…..

Less of my own deadlines that I set for myself and then go crazy trying to meet. Cut back on my volunteer responsibilities–decide where I am really needed. Hire people to take over some of the maintenance of everyday life.

But I also want to do more.

More reading. More traveling. More gardening. More playing piano, banjo, and ukulele. More spending time with family and friends.
