I was a week late, but I did finish the quilt for the newlyweds. I wrapped it up and sent it off and then looked at these photographs which I had taken a few days earlier. And it was beautiful As all weddings should be. The colors were pink and green. I planted a LOT of pink….and everything else is green anyhow. After giving myself permission to NOT make the quilt for the upcoming wedding….. Hey, I had all of the fabric. Had to try. The wedding is Saturday. In my back yard. I still have to add the borders, baste, quilt, and bind. Not sure if I’ll get it done but I’m making a valiant effort. More next week!
