The above pic is of the SECOND table runner for Halloween 2024.

And I’m not keeping the first runner or the second!

Here is the first runnner. Lauri, my daughter-in-law, liked the first spooky runner. So I gave it to her. (Of course!)

Then I decided that I probably needed to make one for my daughter.

They aren’t identical. The second one is longer but not as wide. The hexie flowers are one row smaller.

I used the stripey Beetlejuice inspired binding.

For the backing, I pulled out these fun rabbits from Cotton & Steel. (The same designers that are now Ruby Star Society) I’ve had this fabric for many years. I think I bought it for backing on a quilt but didn’t have quite enough fabric and I’ve been hoarding it for special projects ever since.

I think they are kinda scary looking. Good for spooky season!

If Jessica doesn’t like the hexie side, she can just flip it over.

And I’m really burnt out on making Halloween table runners so there will not be one for my table in 2024, other than enjoying this one until I get it delivered to Jessica.

I have a few more weeks until Halloween and a whole lot of projects I would like to get done.
