Gone for three weeks and back to a yard and my flower gardens full of weeks.

My potted plants are never happy when I leave.  I always put them where the sprinkler will get them a couple times a week, but they still do not do well while I’m gone.  Guess they miss me.

The birds are gone.  After not having sunflower seeds replenished every day, they gave up and moved to better bird feeders! But they’ll be back.

The most amazing thing is the butterflies.  OMG!  I have been complaining all summer about the lack of butterflies this year. But they came back!  So I thought I’d share some photos that I’ve taken in the past week.
