A Shark’s Tale — 7 Comments

    • Lauri, I loved doing the photo shoot with the girls. They were having fun being my little models! I didn’t even realize that Adley had on a mermaid shirt until I was editing the pictures. Perfect!

  1. Hello from PA Dutch Country, I’m going to make a shark softie today for a small shark loving friend, I’m using gray flannel because that is what I have on hand. I was wondering, in the tutorial onSewMamaSew, you say to stitch two sides of the fins on the wrong side then then turn them right side out. Do you mean sew them with the right sides together then turn them out ? Thanks, Diane

    • Hi Diane! Thanks for the question. Yes. That’s how I should have stated it. Put right sides together, stitch, turn right side out. I’ve made a bunch of these sharks in all kinds of different fabrics. Fun. And easy. I like to keep them on hand just in case a child comes to visit and I send the shark home with he or she. I’m working on a new pattern that will make a smaller size.
